MDCAT Syllabus
PMDC MDCAT Latest News. The latest updates regarding the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) MDCAT for reveal significant changes and important details for aspiring medical students. The MDCAT will include a total of 200 multiple-choice questions covering Biology (68 questions), Chemistry (56 questions), Physics (56 questions), English (20 questions), and Logical Reasoning (10 questions). The total duration for the test will be 3.5 hours. The PMDC has also emphasized that the test pattern remains aligned with the updated MDCAT syllabus.

PMDC will soon announce the MDCAT registration schedule and MDCAT test date.
This year, the PMDC has relaxed some of the eligibility criteria for MDCAT registration. Students no longer need to have their FSC/HSSC/A-level results to register for the test, and they are allowed to attempt the MDCAT only once per calendar year. The minimum passing marks have also been adjusted 55% for medical colleges and 50% for dental colleges.
